Terms of Service — Aster Hills LLC

1. Acceptance

By using the Apps or Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are / Scope

Asterhills provides wellness & productivity apps (HabitFlow, MyMeal AI, Ease Meditations, RemindMe). We do notoffer games and we do not provide medical care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). If under your local age of majority, you need consent from a parent/guardian.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require an auto‑renewable subscription. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple. Manage at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices may change; we’ll honor your current term and notify you of changes where required.

5. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your own non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. User content

You retain rights to your content (habits, meals, prompts, images). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Services. You’re responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer; (b) bypass security; (c) misuse AI features (illegal content, abuse); (d) upload malware; (e) use the Apps to provide a competing service; or (f) violate laws or third‑party rights.

8. AI features & accuracy

AI outputs (e.g., meditation text, nutrition estimates) may be inaccurate or incomplete. Don’t rely on them for emergencies or clinical decisions. Use judgment and double‑check important results.

9. Advertising & analytics

We may show ads and use ad/analytics SDKs (Meta, Google/AdMob, Amplitude) subject to your consent where required. If you deny tracking, we limit to contextual ads and aggregated measurement. Some features depend on third‑party terms; review their policies.

10. Third‑party services

We use third‑party processors to operate the Services, including OpenAI API and Firebase Remote Config. They process data under our instructions. We are not responsible for third‑party terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend/terminate for violations or protection of the Services. Upon termination, your license ends.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us (if any) in the 12 monthsbefore the claim. Consumer rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal (without regard to conflicts of law). Courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in‑app or on the Site. Continued use means acceptance.
